Under federal law, your employer must keep your workplace free of known health and safety hazards. You have the right to speak up about hazards or file an OSHA complaint without fear of retaliation. You also have the right to receive workplace safety and health training in a language you understand, receive required safety equipment, request an OSHA inspection and speak to the inspector, and report an injury or illness. OSHA's Worker Rights and Protections webpage has more information on your rights and how to exercise them. Adblock test (Why?)
