Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is heading to Croatia's capital Zagreb to attend the European People's Party (EPP) Statutory Congress on November 20-21, ANA reports. The congress is expected to discuss developments in the western Balkans, support policies for European youth as well as climate change.  Greek Premier Mitsotakis is scheduled to deliver his keynote speech at 12:50 pm on Thursday.
