QR Code Link to This Post 1996 Harley Davidson FLSTN Heritage Softail NostalgiaIn 1993 Willy G Davidson created a custom motorcycle called the Nostalgia. Willy combined a Fatboy with a Heritage to create this style. These limited edition bikes (2500 produced per year) were made only for 4 years from 1993 to 1996, each year having a custom paint scheme that was only available on the Nostalgias. The Nostalgia is the only Harley that came with Fatboy "fatbob" 5.2 gallon tanks with metal Fatboy logos. They had the white wall tires and wire wheels of the Heritage with the small bags of the Fatboy. The seats and bags were also special on these models. All 4 years came with mini-fishtail exhaust. My motorcycle is a 1996 color combination dark metallic green and metallic silver. This is a museum quality motorcycle. It is all original-I haven't added to or modified a thing. I bought it because of its limited production and unique appearance. Unlike many I've found for sale, my bike is exactly the same as produced; there are no modifications. It has only 961 miles. That's right, 961 miles! I'm the original owner and have ridden it once a month to keep it fresh. It has been garage kept and covered. It has never been wet. I clean it with compressed air and wipe down.THIS IS A COLLECTOR'S MOTORCYCLE. YOU CAN BUY A NEWER HARLEY FOR LESS THAN MY RESERVE BUT IT'S NOT A CLASSIC. THIS ISN'T A BIKE YOU'D BUY TO CUSTOMIZE.
