Over the past few years, more workers could be considered as vulnerable workers due to the changing nature of work with an increasingly mobile workforce; an increase in short term work contracts, contracts and with more women entering the workforce.Young workers are especially vulnerable because of their lack of experience and less knowledge of the work environment.
