It’s a big moment for Perth, capital of Western Australia, representing the Ritz-Carlton brand's first renewed presence in Australia in nearly two decades. In recent years, the city has experienced unprecedented transformation and growth, including booms in both its tourism industry and dining scene, with the new Ritz-Carlton property certain to add to that momentum.
