1991 Honda ST1100 (Salinas) $1800

QR Code Link to This Post This is a sport touring bike that is 28 yrs young and still going strong. The bike has no leaks and is powered by the legendary Honda V4 engine. It is a shaft drive (little to no maintenance required unlike a chain or belt) and tires are good for another 3-5K miles depending how you ride. The bike has 46k miles on it and has seen 2/3 of the U.S. with very few moans and groans. The Corbin seat is comfortable with a hidden rider's saddle tucked under the fold up backrest when it is down. The bike can go coast to coast as is and average 85-90 MPH with relative ease. The windscreen in the front keeps the wind off your chest and face and makes for 3-4 hours in the saddle a lot easier. There is plenty of patina all around. There are scratches here and there as well as paint chipped in various places. It is not a show bike or a "polisher's" dream. It was meant for serious rider's who want 100 HP and decent torque at the throttle in order to cover those 500+ milers you can plan on. It comes with a trickle charger, manual, the original owners guide and three sets of keys. The Helibars are worth $500 on their own and were installed in Daytona Beach during Bike Week in 2014. They are 6-way adjustables and make it a lot easier on the hands and wrist versus the stock bars. You can stow two full face helmets in the side cases and/or plenty of gear to help the journey along. I'm asking $1800.00 OBO. Text me at the number provided and we can discuss further. Lastly, if and when you do your research on this bike, and you should, you'll notice some folks logging in and stating that they have tried both the ST1300 and 1100 and they like the 1100 more (a couple of motorcycle cops for instance). I have no time constraints on selling the bike, the registration was just paid. Let's block ads! (Why?)
