QR Code Link to This Post 1974 Honda XL 250 Running, driving, stopping motorcycle. Bought couple of years ago as a non-running project and with 2 kids just don't have much time to ride it. Had the valves lapped, set the timing, replaced the chain, replaced the choke cable, removed the rust and re-coated the tank and had to modify the exhaust. Now starts by the 3rd kick, runs and shifts smooth. Can send a video of it running upon request. Brakes work but are a little spongy if you were going to use it at higher speeds.
