QR Code Link to This Post Up for sale is a 1969 Triumph TR25W Trophy 250. This motorcycle has undergone a complete rebuild from the ground up. I have ridden 40 miles on the fresh engine and gearbox rebuild. A machine shop replaced all the valves, guides, piston rings, and rebuilt the entire cylinder head. New tires, fresh paint, new seat, rebuilt front suspension and new rear shocks. All new lights, converted to electronic ignition to get rid of the points system, new hand controls, new gas tank rubber mounts, all new throttle and brake cables, new speedometer and odometer, and a freshly rebuilt carburetor. It fires right up with several kicks and runs very well. I have a clean Mississippi title in hand. These motorcycles are becoming more rare as time goes on and the value continues to rise. There are only a handful of this model for sale in the entire US.This motorcycle won first place at the Chevron car show in 2018. These classic Triumph 250’s are prone to oil leaks and small vibration issues. This motorcycle does have a small oil leak while running, as do all other TR25W’s. Almost all of them leaked brand new from the factory due to manufacturing issues. It is still a blast to ride and I’ve enjoyed owning it. I’m selling it to help finance other classic projects I have going on. I have years of experience rebuilding classic motorcycles and have shipped them all over the country. From my experience shipping companies usually charge $700 - $1100 to ship across the country and takes about 3 weeks from the time you order the shipment.
