Leather in great shape outside of dusty. does not include hardware to mount, but you should already have it if you are taking off a current seat, otherwise available aftermarket. Comes with operator saddle, P-Pad with shorty backrest attached. All in good shape P-pad foam is compressed from sitting in box against saddle, but should come out of it with some sun and use. A cheap way to get an unfaded/unripped factory seat on that now aging but still rocking Victory bike. See part numbers in picture to see if this will fit your exact model.
