QR Code Link to This Post I'm selling my 2007 supermoto CRF450R. I bought this bike in 2010 from a kid who hadn't ridden it since 2008. He bought the bike then moved to New Hampshire from Connecticut to attend college. When I bought the bike it was basically brand new! I only ridden it around the woods and power lines near my house. NEVER been raced or track ridden. I decided to convert it into a supermoto bike. Ordered the supermoto conversion kit from BajaDesigns. I had the flywheel replaced with a high output flywheel and I paid BajaDesigns to professionally rewind my stator to power the electronics (headlights, brake light, and blinkers). I ordered black Warp9 rims with red anodized hubs. I swapped the front sprocket, 13 tooth, with a 15 tooth sprocket to increase the top speed. The rear sprocket is a 40 tooth. This also allows you to cruise at a comfortable speed without the motor revving to high. It also gives it better gas milage. The bike goes nearly 100mph, with enough torque to pull into a wheelie at 70mph. I was in the process of completing the conversion to street, when life took way and I ended up moving to Washington D.C. No longer a resident of CT, the bike rarely gets ridden. The bike has been in my brother's climate controlled garage for the past several years. It only gets started and ridden once per season (four times a year) by him at my request (to prevent letting it sitting too long). I never got around to getting the bike inspected for a street legal title. Almost everything to pass the inspection test has been purchased already and comes with the bike. Some of it needs to be installed. I have the factory title in hand to be signed over.The bike starts up in the first couple kicks, every time. The motor is solid and has great compression. The bike has minimal hours and is ready to rip!I have: - Everything to convert the bike back into its motocross settings: Original set of motocross rims with good bearings, spokes and tire tread. Etc.I have, but needs installation to pass inspection: - New front and back blinkers (The ones on it are broken and need to be replaced. Wiring is in place) - CRF450X exhaust (w/baffle). This exhaust is required to pass inspection in CT; the stock CRF450R exhaust which is on it does not have a baffle. - SpeedometerThe bike has: -Key Ignition - Foldable black ASV clutch and break levers - Works Connection skid plate - FMF power bomb header (slight dent: see attached pictures) - Black Warp9 supermoto rims with red anodized hubs - Bajadesigns supermoto conversion kit - O-ring chainNeeds: - New tires (current ones have little tread) - New headlight glass and bulb (Rock broke glass and high beam bulb.
