2015 Keystone Carbon 297 (Fuquay Varina) $38000

QR Code Link to This Post 2015 Keystone Carbon 297 for sale. Awesome RV in great shape, with high ceiling and large master bedroom. The garage can hold a couple motorcycles or other 'toys', but also can be used as dining/hangout room with two benches and a table, or as a private second bedroom with either single or bunk beds (~queen size). The garage door can be lowered into a ramp, or suspended with cables and has fence railings/stairs to transition into a deck (including a screen you can lower between the garage and the porch). If you travel with family or friends, having the second bedroom be completely separate with a wall and a door is invaluable for privacy, noise reduction, and just not disturbing each other at night or in the morning. The only thing that doesn't work is the garage fan, which I believe was quoted for ~$300 to fix. It does have a brand new toilet, and has had regular maintenance and winterization. This is a great RV that has brought many good times and memories. We are only selling it because we've picked up some hobbies that require more flying than RV'ing, so we're going to downsize to something smaller. We also have 2 very nice motorcycle chocks that we'll throw in for free (they cost ~1k), which slide right into the rails on the garage floor (but the rails are covered by carpet when used as a bedroom and are not obtrusive). Lastly, we plan to downsize the truck as well since we won't need as much power anymore. If interested, we can sell them as a package and you will already have a top of the line 20k lbs Reese 5th wheel hitch to drive away with. The truck is a 2012 F350 Super Duty Diesel, King Ranch crew cab (interior brown leather, exterior white). It has minor cosmetic blemishes, but runs excellent and has a brand new AC system and radiator (unfortunately this truck was known for a stock leaky radiator, but the new one prevents that from ever being your problem!).The Nada guide for both the RV and truck is attached. If we sell them together, we'll knock off 6k. Unfortunately we can't sell just the truck, or we'd have no way to transport the RV until it's sold. :)Here is a walkthrough of this RV model (there are a couple very minor differences but this is basically it): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GZXguqXWLwNada value of camper: $40,955 Asking: $38,000 Nada value of truck: $38,900 Asking $37,000 Price for both: $69,000
