Picture posted Looks like a brand new bike but it is NOT what they are selling. What they showed me had broken plastic, scratched and discoloration on fenders and sides, bent pipe, bent shifter, twisted front end, and missing parts. It even had numbers on the number plates. This is not what I would expect from a reputable dealer. If it's a used bike it should be advertised as such even if it has never been titled.
