QR Code Link to This Post First off I'm not wanting to trade I'm trying to get rid of something I don't use often I have owned this bike since 2009/2010 I cant remember exactly. In that time I have done a lot of work to it. The short of it is I rode it stock for a season or two and went through a period of time where I had some issues with it now it has a fresh motor with under 10hrs on it and runs great it pulls very hard and idles great as well if you know anything about the FCR carbs that is sometimes hard to accomplish. I went to UTI for auto/diesel and completed all this work myself this is my 7th or 8th motorcycle engine I've rebuilt so this isn't my first rodeo. The plastics are a little faded and scratched but not broken I was going to replace them but figured I'd leave that for the new owner so they can personalize it but its not necessary. Below is a parts list:Engine: New OEM crankshaft New OEM cylinder New OEM '05 and up Piston (12:1 compression) New OEM oil pump and pickup New OEM water pump New OEM intake valves exhaust valves were still good New OEM head/cylinder studs, washers, and nuts New OEM timing chain All New bearings in transmission and engine and were replaced with OEM bearings Full OEM gaskets and seals New iridium NGK plug The head was shaved .020,port and polished, and new intake valves/springs very reliable setup so the compression is more along the lines of 12.3 to 12.5:1 which will run on 91 stillExhaust: Newer Yoshimura TRC with removable spark arrestor maybe 3 years old but has low hours on it in that timeWheels and Tires: Stock set of wheels front has small bend doesn't affect it almost new front MX51 and rear with 70% tread MX51 I also have a spare rim with brake rotor and a sand tire with 2 rides on it I may or may not throw in depending on the price.Sprockets and chain: I run a non O-ring D.I.D. due to the fact it spends time in the sand it probably has 20hrs on it I have a 52, 49, and 48 tooth sprocketCarburetor: Stock FCR that has been jetted for this setup with a JD mix screw and an ebay accelerator pump reservoir cover It has been gone through and tuned and all new OEM gaskets and accelerator pumpFront forks and controls: The front forks were just gone through 1 ride on them all new seals and bushings which were you guessed it all OEM parts Tag bars and triple clamps which I powder coated black with renthal grips(which are kind of worn) ASV Pro Billet shorty levers OEM hot start cableMisc: Works Connection radiator guards also has all new fluids as of 2 weeks agoI have always ran Amsoil in the motor and trans with no issues I change the engine oil every 2nd or 3rd ride and the trans every other engine oil change and I clean the air filter after every ride please no low ball offers and no trades.keywords: crf 450 450r trx yzf yfz yz cr kx kxf rm rmz
