It comes with the charger and works (last time I checked) but needs a new battery, which was $20 on Amazon last time I looked. I'll leave it on the paved path to my front porch. You can put the money in my mailbox. I think this is a more than fair price. If you disagree, pay what you think is fair. The money is for my boy, not me.
