All corners in trailer were replaced/repaired and reinforced and the entire RV is solid. I lived in this full time in the Colorado winter and this past summer!I PAINTED IT GREEN ON THE INSIDE BECAUSE I LOVE LIME GREEN. It is easy to repaint the inside to whatever color you want.- All outside caulking removed and replaced, with a brand new paint job, outside and inside! - Brand new laminate wood-grain flooring. - All window screening was replaced. - 400 Watts of Solar installed with two 6-volt, deep cycle US batteries (242 AH) (nice welded battery box on rear, gusted to frame), a Renogy 40-amp MPPT controller and a Vertamax 1500-watt inverter with 3 plugs that can be turned on and off separately. All fuses installed. - New portable 5,000 BTU A/C that fits perfectly in grate opening where the refrigerator used to be. - RV toilet with 20-gallon gray/black water tank and Cyclone Toilet Vent. - Maxx Air Vent on ceiling vent. 10-gallon fresh water tank under bed. - Shower lines still available for shower in bathroom and the bathroom has a drained floor. - New Dometic CFX 65U Refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Runs off of 120 or 12 volt. I have it hooked up to 12-volt. - New sink and faucet - New 2-burner Suburban cookstove - New Suburban 16k BTU propane furnace with thermostat - Two new propane bottles on new front propane holder with all new hoses with autoswitch when one goes empty. - Beautiful awning and matching cover for front window cover. - New smoke alarm - New propane/carbon monoxide detector - Two fire extinguishers, one brand new. - Power cable included. 15 amp but included is the adapter for 30 amp. - Motorcycle or bicycle ramp on front hitch that has been gusted to the frame.
