After purchasing it, we restored much of the trailer and added several features. It is extremely comfortable for two people, and very light weight and easy to tow. I have moved it with three different vehicles now (90's jeep, New Tundra, & Dodge Challenger) and each time it has been a pleasure. The dual axles really help with weight distribution; when it's dry, tongue weight is in the 300lb range (I lifted it myself).Features: Recently replaced black tank, grey tank, and fresh tank! Replaced hot water heater Brand new toilet FULL bathroom with bathtub and shower! Roof fully rubberized & resealed (coating helps with cooling on hot days too!) Electric completely redone (new fuse box, harness) Brand new 7 way harness and extension cord Solar added (100 watts!) with brand new 12v-to-110v inverter, side-mounted (adding holes to a roof is bad!) Windows resealed Bathroom repainted, resealed Color stripe painted Frame and bumper painted to prevent rust Interior fully redone with retro Coca-Cola red paint and trim New vinyl upholstery on memory foam cushions, new custom fit red gingham curtains Bed frame custom built and brand new memory foam mattress included! Additional storage added See where the front window has the fold-up metal cover/awning that keeps road rocks off the glass! New tank-dump pipe and fittings (used once!) Brand new second propane tank (both painted matching red) Brand new electric tongue jack! Easy lift! Powered off the battery or the plug/vehicle New lights inside (12v and 110v, 3 of each with remotes or tap-function!) Registered in California, insurance is super affordable (title in hand!) Storage added above bed where the old (flimsy) slide-out bed was from factory The kitchen is great and has good storage above and below.The propane powered heater, oven, stove, and water heater all work great! The propane fridge does work but it is tired and could use replacement. Amazon has them for about $300 for electric or get them used far cheaper.This is a cozy trailer and would serve any couple/person very well.
