It has new tires and brakesThe bike is a 1975 Kawasaki 400 that has many custom features like pull down handlebars, new seat, custom tail lights, custom wheels, headers, kick pedal and many others. mirrors that go on the handlebars are included they look great and are brand new. Had some troubles with the carburetors and compression, this is a a great project bike with lots of great parts on it.please contact me with any questions you may have.
