QR Code Link to This Post Very clean and well cared for 2007 Honda ST1300 with ABS. This bike is ready to go and equipped to take you across town or across the country. It's happy easing you down some country roads at 50mph or propelling you across the country on the interstate at 100mph, all day, if you so desire. Do a little online research if not familiar with these bikes. To me, the ST platform offers up the best for pure riding excitement and pleasure. If your idea of riding fun is blasting out a lot of obnoxious noise from set of v-twin pipes trying to get attention from stoplight to stoplight, then this is obviously not the bike for you. On the other hand, if you want to go places, beyond your own backyard, then this may be the bike you are looking for. This bike comes equipped with linked ABS brakes.( Don't scoff at the value of ABS brakes if you have never had the need to stop quickly and maintain control. They work! ). It has heated grips, a Clearview windshield, (which you can raise and lower on the fly with the push of a button), a color matched, easily detached Honda travel trunk ( not some aftermarket version ), accessory wiring harness ( for GPS, etc. ), and a CORTECH tail bag for a trimmer look when the travel trunk isn't needed. The original seat has been custom modified by Seth Laam ( west coast ). Also comes with a Honda service manual for those who desire to perform their own service. This bike has recently passed NC state inspection. Oil and filter has just been changed. Front tire is a Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT with about 5200 miles on it and plenty of tread left. The rear tire is a Bridgestone Battlax BT-020F that has around 7800 miles on it ,with acceptable tread remaining. Honda oem brake pads on front replaced at around 30K mi. Rear pads are in excellent condition. I am the 3rd owner of this bike and I have owned it since April 2016 and have only logged about 8K miles, which is why I want to sell it. I just can't seem to make time to ride coupled with a loss of riding enthusiasm. I rode a Honda ST1100 for eleven years , and 70K miles, before I acquired this bike and I think motorcycle riding has pretty much run its course in me. The attached pictures will show the bike in different configurations as well as the recent addition of some pin striping that I added in an attempt to add a different flair to it. I like it , but I realize others may not. Not a problem because they are tape, have not been baked on by the sun, and can be easily removed. This bike has always been garage kept and it shows. During my ownership, it has always been put away clean, with fresh, premium, non-ethanol fuel, and covered. The garage is also climate controlled during the warmer months. If you are in the market for a bike of this type, you owe it to yourself to check this one out. You won't be disappointed.
