I hired an attorney to get my titles for this and other things in a failed business.its in my name it's licensed and is worth 16k if I had the title. Just put on the pipes mini turn out apes tuner all the chrome ,has the chrome legs top end wires and ignition.inner primary cover etc. Extra seat for the bar hopper look as seen in pic 3 .
