Planet Hollywood will open its first-ever all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica on October 1, 2018.Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Costa Rica will offer 294 luxury suites at the base of the scenic Peninsula Papagayo in the Guanacaste region along the country's Pacific Coast.The new-build property will feature iconic Hollywood memorabilia and as many as eight different food and beverage venues, including a Guy Fieri Burger Joint.Other luxury amenities will include a PUMPED fitness center, PH Spa, PH Shop, a pair of swimming pools and a splash zone. The resort's suites will also be equipped with hand-crafted Phabulous Beds, custom mattresses with bedding developed exclusively for Planet Hollywood guests. Highlights will include interactive touch-screen digital displays narrating the memorabilia experience and PHTV in-suite and throughout the resort, keeping guests up to date on every sports game, awards show or other major events.The brand's second property, Planet Hollywood Resort Cancun, is scheduled to open in spring 2019. Planet Hollywood is partnering with integrated travel company Sunwing Travel Group on both projects.Travelers who book a stay at Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Costa Rica by June 29 can receive savings of up to 50 percent on vacation packages during Sunwing's limited-time "Red Carpet Sale."
