It is clean inside and out with no unpleasant odors. Wood flooring areas in good condition. Counter tops in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used motor home, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all look good and open and close properly. All windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this Ad. Dash in good condition. Windshield is good, however does have some stone chips. All other windows are good. Everything else is in proper working order: electric entry step, air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detector, stove top/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, tv, leveling jacks, generator, etc. Does come with some manuals. Only Negative is the Electric Jack control module sometimes doesn't function correctly. I've used the RV to travel to Kansas, Texas and all over Arizona but I want a smaller motorhome.
