QR Code Link to This Post This is the largest scooter size that is street legal without needing a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license. If you have a regular diver's license you can drive this scooter. It is great around town but will not go highway speeds. It will do about 25mph on the flat with a 200 lb driver. On a slight down grade I can go 45. It is electric start with kick start as a backup. All lights, turn signals, horn, security alarm, both front and rear brakes, etc. work great. There is storage under seat as well as in attached trunk to hold a few bags of groceries. It gets about 65 miles per gallon and is a four stroke motor. It has a little over 800 miles on it so it does have some cracks in the plastic but is very street worthy. A 14 or 15 year old can get an M2 scooter license and use this to commute to work or school.
