It has 110 volt AC unit, cold in a matter of minutes, water hookup for sink, refrigerator, porta potty, cable hookup if u take a tv. When inside at night you can lock up with deadbolt, has outdoor light and door bell on side door for visitors to ring when ur enjoying the AC! Has electric brakes and the round 7-Pin DIN for trailer lights hookup.
