It's very nice and good quality all metal frame rolls and spins you can use it as a desk chair or you can raise it with a lever on hydraulic to use as a bar stool it comes with removable non slip legs for the stool and wheels for the chair Lowest point is 22" or raise it to 31" but you can stop in between. Seat is leather and well built measurements are 18"Long 15"Wide the back goes to mid back. The frame I am going to repaint because the paint was flaking I paint professionally so it will look nice not like crap it will be painted gun metal like a hammered steel color and will be nice. It will be painted Saturday and ready to go.$100
