QR Code Link to This Post I fully recondition Mikuni and Keihin carburetors! They are NOT just cleaned up! I install all new jets, o-rings, gaskets, float needles, and float valves . I reassemble using 48 new stainless steel socket head cap screws. The needle jet height has been modified by removing the stock spacer and installing a stainless steel spacer which allowed the needle jet to raise up by 1.4mm. This modification allows much better mid range power by eliminating the flat spot. (I've been doing this modification for 17 years with great results) These carbs spend time in Berryman's carb dip and an ultrasonic cleaner and are extremely clean inside and out, bench sync'ed, ready to go. I recondition many types of vintage motorcycle carburetors so I have several sets ready to go including sets for the Suzuki GS's-Kawasaki KZ's-Yamaha XS .
