QR Code Link to This Post For your consideration is a light used and not abused Very original and clean - 1977 Honda Z50R Mini Trail. This monkey bike comes with the original Statement Of Origin - Purchased June 3 1977 from Eddystone PA. Signed/Stamped by a Honda representative from Gardena CA. Bike has been stored well kept, inside the house, partially disassemble to preserve the fuel tank. The bike runs with great compression, so you should expect to connect fuel and fire right up ready to ride. I am the 2nd owner of this bike, the original owner passed down the original dealership 'receipt' they give you back in the day, called a Statement of Origin and the Original owners manual. Bike comes with all the tank rubbers and bolts, also seat bolts, original fuel cap, front fender, the rear fender has a little bend in it but is strictly cosmetic and is very slight. Bike has original grips, fuel cap, fuel petcock, air filter, throttle, head light, tail light, kill switch and light controls, the lights work fine. Has lots of original stickers and vivid colors, original chain guard, and stickers on the guard tank and swing arm. The fuel tank has a couple little dings and is pictured, but not big at all. The front left handle bar has a little bend, but is easily fixed, replaced or left how it is. Comes with original tool kit and tools still attached under the seat and also original side plate. I rode and rip this bike through the woods at the house just last season without any problems or discomfort in the condition it stands. The seat has been recovered to match the original. This bike has maintained its vigor and beauty throughout the years, and would be top notch for full restoration to hit auction or to just ride the way it is. The carb is a mikuni carb that was replaced and installed by a local Honda dealer near Roanoke VA but comes with the original and it looks great, you can clean it and use it or hone it and go about it that way so you can have an ALL original bike. The tires are like new, with most mold marks as they were replaced with NOS tires in 15'. Luckily someone will enjoy owning this as much as I did, the colors make this year and model a favorite.
