You can google "Tardis Motorcycle" and view articles and pictures from Comicons and Doctor Who conventions she has been to. Doctor Who actors getting their pictures taken with her and will show you her history as well.Don't worry if you're not a Doctor Who fan the decals (Vinyl) are easily removable (I replace them every year since she is more of a convention show bike) and the gorgeous purple metallic blue paint is unaffected and is in great shape.SEE PICTURES This bike does not come with signed fairings or custom light on tank noted in picture. The motorcycle will come with the white sanded "Riding Fairing" as I will be keeping my other 2 fairings with the light to display. (See pictures) It is an ABS poured Fairing and is ready for prime and paint for about $140 at a good shop TOPS. I have had 3 fairings painted over the last 6 years and I paid about $100 to have the paint matched, primed and painted.History: I purchased her in 2010 from her first owner with 3900 miles on her (I am second owner) and she was and still is in MINT condition. The only part of this motorcycle that has seen the pavement is the tires. I have never tricked her or pushed her RMPs and have kept her garaged for most of her life. I have a R1 bike cover and a pop up for those time I could not. She was treated like a princess. The previous owner had 5 bikes and was selling this one and a CBR to buy another Ducati. (Must be nice... lol) Anyways, like myself he kept her garaged and minty only took it to 1 Yamaha authorized Dealership and mechanic serviced at the the same one I chose to take her to (Apache Motors in Scottsdale) for every repair, tune up and maintenance. Work done on her at the dealership (Apache motors in Scottsdale): She has had the fork seals replaced 2 times and the voltage regulator one time since I've owned her. I replaced the chain with a stock chain and sprocket at 8k. Due to normal use and stretch. She has had oil changes (standard not synthetic) every 1k miles and fluid changes 2 times a year. Last one was in June.Local shop work Bloody (Knuckles in Mesa) : Oil and basic fluid changes are the only thing I let the local shop touch. (Bloody Knuckles in Mesa) I took my old GSXR and CBR to them for 15 years. The Extras!!! - Custom Y Dual conversion M4 Pipes - Pro Velocity Stacks - Shorty Levers - Black out Shield - Flush front and custom rear signals - Blue Led Accent Lighting with remote control - Programmable LED Tail Light that you have to see to believe. They can't sell them anymore but are legal to own. With a 2 way toggle switch to change the pattern. See Video to understand. (See Video) - HID 3k headlights with upgraded setup for standard high beams and both headlights HID. (They are AMAZING!!! With lower wattage you can use both headlights without worrying about power. One points up to the right and illuminates signs 5+ miles away, the other covers 5-50ft in front of the bike. It's ideal. I will defiantly set my next bike up the same way) - R1 Motorcycle cover (not the best condition, had it for 7+years, but it works and is super durable compared to others) - Rear Tire/Bike StandThe flaws: (Please see pictures) (These flaws are why I posted an or best offer, I'd be willing to come down to supplement the cost to get fairing painted and small crack in seat repaired to make it in new condition)- There is one 2mm paint chip near the gas that I touched up. (Hard to notice, even harder to take a picture of) - There is another 2mm chip that I have not touched up also on the tank. (Still tiny and hard to notice) - Small scratch 1/4 inch tops on the clutch cable cover (Son stacked up cinder blocks next to my bike and scratched it) - Small crack in rear seat (I took it off to charge my bike 2 months ago and left it outside of the garage for a week, I think it is a small heat crack, I did get the repair estimated from the company that is reapolstering my truck while I was there and they said $45 to completely reupholster the seat) (See picture this flaw was large enough to see) - Small key chain scratches near the ignition (see pictures) - Non Stock Rear Fairing ready to be painted, I never painted it because I switched back fairings when I wasn't riding. Never felt the need. (I am posting pictures of the fairings I'm keeping only so you know it not because they were damaged but because they were signed by the cast of Doctor Who and personal) I painted the last 2 (stock paint matched with current color) for $100 each.Short Video of lighting setup. (sorry I was on my own for it :) ) It won't hyper link so you'll have to copy/pastehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLkyIGl-urQ&feature=youtu.beTHAT'S IT! Other than that she is PERFECT!- Oil changed every 1k, fluids every 6 months since birth. - I had a complete Safety and maintenance check and all fluid change in June. Only put on 400 miles since then. - Front tire has less than 400 miles, bought June/2017. - Rear only has 2500miles on it bought October/2016. - Brakes are good, purrs like a kitten, rides like a dream. - New Battery bought 10/15/17 - She was a convention show bike, babied her whole life IMPORTANT NO Test Rides Without complete deposit. If that is not feasible, for serious offers, with a small (fully refundable deposit, only to make sure I get my bike back from shop) I would be willing to take it to ANY mechanic within reason of my house and have it checked out at the buyers cost.Serious inquiries only, no loans, no holds. She blue books stock with 100k+ miles between $5000 and $5600 in fair condition. I have $2500+ in extras. The tail light you can't get anymore and only 17k miles, like new dealership maintained. A steal for a just broken in liter bike.Trade: I will consider UP TO $3500 in trade towards the bike for a 66' and older VW bug to restore or another motorcycle, but a Cruiser not sport bike.Contact me by Email or Text only show contact info
