These are designed to wear over jeans or other pants, but can be worn as regular pants as well. They are made out of good thick, supple cow hide with zippers up the outside of the legs and five pockets with belt loops like regular jeans. The length can be trimmed with scissors if needed. I really like these for winter riding but I've only used them maybe 3 times and now I can't fit them anymore.
