This listing is for a Very nice 1972 Kawasaki S2 triple. I just had the bike inspected at the end of the summer and I put 161 miles on it last year. I have had the bike about 10 years and put less then 2,000 miles on it so maybe it's time for someone who will enjoy it more. I love riding this bike and don't need to sell it so no low balls. I don't need the bike, but if I don't get what I want I am just going to keep it. This bike get all sorts of attention every time I ride it. The looks I get when people hear the crackle of the expansion chambers is incredible. Not a sound you hear every day.I have replaced the fuel shut off valve, clutch cable, front and rear tires, carbs rebuilt and tuned and added the chambers since I have had it. Bike has 8,917 miles. This is nice enough to take to shows and is also good for a daily driver also. If you are not familiar with these bike they handle like crap at high speeds, but for their generation they were very fast going 0 to 60. The bigger H2 is known as the widow maker because of how bad they handle, the H1, S2, S1 and Kh bike don't handle any better . With that said you can't beat the cool factor of these bikes. There will NOT be any test rides. I will start the bike and drive it through all the gears and you can take a ride along with me to make sure everything seems good. If this isn't something you are comfortable with then you should look for another S2 to buy. This is a cash only deal $5,500 obo.
