Some of it is in pieces. (tank , fenders, seat, still in brand new condition) but I have the parts for it, it runs. All you need is an exhaust. It has a bunch of new parts already added (tires brakes, etc). I was going to build it as a project but due to disability I can't finish it. The motorcycle is fast. A great project if you are willing to finish it. I do not have the title for it. I will also throw in the motorcycle jack as well. I can trailer it to your location if local.
