It's still titled that way so no motorcycle license needed. Nothing but the frame is original. 70cc Stage 6 Race MKII cylinder, Stage 6 R/T Rep Crank w/ 85 mm rod, Ported and trenched cases, Delorto 19mm carb, Vforce Reeds, Yasuni C16 pipe, Malossi OR CVT, 9.9:1 final drive gears, vented cvt cover, custom forks, adjustable rear shock, 4 piston front caliper, Michelin Power Pure SC tires, led blinkers and tail light, custom plastics and tail, motoX handle bars w/cnc stem, adjustable brake levers, custom switches and gauges. Like I said nothing is original. I GPSed it at 74mph when doing a top speed competition at www.49ccscoot.com. Go to the speed list there. It's still the fast 70cc. 2TDave is my user name there.
