Duties include scheduling clients via phone and internet, client write up, processing of repair orders (including warranty), workshop loading, client hand off, and overall representative for the brand and Center. Prior Advisor experience (automotive and truck incl) is preferred but attitude, passion for motorcycles, and dependability are paramount. Will consider training the right person with strong skills in customer relations and phone etiquette. This is full time position with all normal benefits and 401K after 90 days.
