QR Code Link to This Post This is a beautiful example of an excellent condition R1. 2008 is the last model year for the flat-plane crank shaft engine, and delivers everything a final model liter-class super bike should. The bike has been put into adult-mode with a full termignoni titanium exhaust, and a power commander III tune. The only other mods are a double bubble windscreen and a tail tidy, leaving this bike unmolested. There is light marking on the tank protector and around the ignition from normal use, but no major blemishes or scratches. I encourage anyone unfamiliar with the platform to come and take her for a test ride, but please be aware that this is the opposite of a beginners bike, and I will need full price cash in hand, you will need a helmet and a motorcycle endorsement. I took this bike on partial trade last December for a car, and have recently gone back to work in the oilfield, so one of the sport bikes has to go.
