I believe it's a large and I'm 5'-11" with a 40" chest. It's about 12 years old and was worn regularly during warm weather until about 2 years ago. It's never been down in a crash. It has a zippered interior pocket, velcro waist adjustments and a zipper along the bottom to connect to most brands of motorcycle pants. It has armor in the shoulders, back and elbows.
