Canada Proposes Regulations Amending the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (TDG) (Marine Provisions)

by Steve Schulte, CHMM, CPP, DGSAIn Canada, the transportation of dangerous goods is regulated under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992 (TDG Act), the Regulations made under the TDG Act and standards incorporated by reference into the TDG. On April 1, 2017, Transport Canada published proposed amendments to the TDG Regulations in the Canada Gazette, Part I.
