2007 Honda Element LX with clean Carfax, 112,000 miles (Asheville, NC) $7800

QR Code Link to This Post I purchased the Element in January 2008 when it had fewer than 6,000 miles on it. I was the second owner. It has never been my primary vehicle thus the low mileage on it today. I have a current, clean, CarFax report on the vehicle. This is a peppy, fun, car to drive. It gets 24 MPG in town and 27+ on the highway while using regular gas. It is a true SUV and has hauled its share of furniture, pets, and mountain bikes. Due to its spartan interior, cleanup is a snap. The rear seats quickly fold up out of the way. They can also be removed creating a huge cargo area when you need it. It has an automatic transmission, cruise control, excellent air conditioning, privacy windows in the rear, seats four with multiple seat configurations, stereo radio with single disc CD player. Both of the front airbags have been replaced by the local dealership due to the huge recall of the original defective airbags. This model uses a timing chain, not a timing belt, so there is no need to replace it at the 115,000 mile mark. This saves about $1,000 for the new owner. Our Element is in excellent mechanical condition with the usual small scuffs and scratches associated with a ten-year-old vehicle. All systems work well and it has had regular fluid/mechanical service.I'm selling it because, with all of our children moved out, we are down sizing in all areas of our lives. Need a motorcycle or a mountain bike to go with the Element?
