Sixt Expands Car Rental Partnership with Lufthansa

As part of an expanded partnership between car rental company Sixt and Lufthansa, passengers will now be able to add a rental when booking their flight online through the German airline's official website.Passenger and flight data will be carried over automatically, ensuring travelers will not be forced to input their information twice.Passengers renting their vehicles through Lufthansa’s official website will also have access to the entire Sixt rental car fleet, including premium vehicles for business meetings and vans designed for family vacations.As for members of the Miles&More frequent flyer and rewards program, those who capitalize on the expanded partnership will receive at least 500 premium miles with each Sixt Rent a Car booking.“Sixt and Lufthansa are linked by their long-standing cooperation and also have lots of things in common. Both companies are strong international brands, leading in their industries and bywords for quality and service,” Sixt head of sales Konstantin Sixt said in a statement.“We therefore go extremely well together as partners.
