QR Code Link to This Post 1998 Suzuki Intruder 1500 with 9,000(approzimate) Original Miles. I bought this bike with the full intention of reselling it for a profit. I do this often and usually ride them for about 100 miles, sometimes 200 to make sure it's mechanically sound (and if not, to diagnose and fix any issues or whatever might come up). This bike, I've put over 700 miles on it in February and another 800 on it in March and the only thing I've done to it was top off the oil, and I only did that because I'm so used to having to do so much more and I was needing something mechanic-y to do lol). It runs great and hasn't so much as given me the slightest indication that it's not going to continue running as it should. Price is $3000 (if you walk into any dealer and try to buy a low mile bike like this, you will pay 5000-6000 at the low end for a bike this size. Hell I've seen little 750's on here with 20,000 miles for $2500 so the price is firm. I don't need to sell it and as you can tell by the miles I put on it, I kinda like it lol. It's located in Platteville which is south of Greeley about 20 miles right on Highway 85. There are no dents but the front blinker is damaged from the previous owner (He said he got mad and threw a 2x4 at the garage wall and clipped the blinker on accident. It doesn't show any sign of an accident or anything like that so I'm guessing that's true. Blinker still works and it's not something that people have noticed. Otherwise, the thing is in awesome condition for a 1998 bike. It's perfectly centered, seriously, so this bike really works for a learner or an experienced rider. This bike is way easier to handle than most smaller bikes and you'll see that when you come and test drive it, which brings me to this: NO TEST DRIVES WITHOUT CASH IN MY HAND, AND SIGNATURE SAYING IF YOU WRECK THE BIKE, IT BECOMES YOURS. YOU MUST HAVE A LICENSE WITH A MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT TO TEST DRIVE AND AGAIN, CASH MUST BE IN MY HAND, WITH A SIGNATURE CLAIMING YOUR LIABLE AND THE THING IS CONSIDERED PURCHASED IF YOU ARE TO WRECK IT IN ANYWAY. YOU CAN TAKE BEFORE PICTURES, AS I WILL BEFORE YOU RIDE IT BUT THIS IS SIMPLY TO PROTECT YOU AND I, NOTHING ELSE. When you take off from the light you can pick up your feet immediately. It cruises comfortably and the seats are awesome. The windshield obviously comes with but it has a crack at the bottom, again something the previous owner did but it functions just as it should. I've cruised at 85 for 40 minutes with no problem, and I've went through school zones at 20mph with no problem.
