QR Code Link to This Post I have a 63 VW dune buggy that I got for a project. I have not done anything to the buggy since I've had it except for register and tag it to make sure everything was good. I got a tag, so this thing is street legal. The guy I got it from ran new brake lines and changed the wheel cylinders. It still needs a master cylinder for the brakes to be complete. The motor has the top end removed. It will need to be rebuilt. It is the original 63 1200cc motor from the car. I had a VW expert look at the motor and he said the bottom end was solid but it just needs a new top end. The intake manifold will also need to be replaced, as it is rotted. I have a ton of parts to get this thing going. I have the engine skid plate, roll bar, engine cage, front bumper, side rails and windshield. I also have many spare parts that you can see in the pictures as well as a few that aren't pictured. The buggy also has wide 5 wheels with brand new tires on it. With the exception of a few odds and ends, I pretty much have everything to build this project. I am looking to sell or trade this. For trade I would like to get a dual sport motorcycle. I am specifically looking for and xr400 or drz400. But show me what you have to trade. Worst I can say is no. Otherwise, I'd like to get 2000 cash to put into a vw sand rail that I am trying to build. Hit me up with any questions.
