This incredible cruiser sports a huge engine (it's bigger than the engine in a Honda Civic!), other state-of-the-art features, and seriously sexy styling. This is definitely not a beginner's ride. The VTX 1800 is for those who want serious power in an extremely attractive package. The focal point of the Honda VTX 1800 is, obviously, its engine: a liquid-cooled 1795cc V-twin. This provides a quarter-mile acceleration of 12.3 seconds, crossing the line at 105.5mph. An engine this powerful deserved some new brakes and throttle, so Honda updated its linking brake feature and improved the throttle with its Programmed Fuel Injection system. And in the interest of keeping this 758lb (weight with a full 4.5-gallon tank) behemoth civil, the VTX1800 is wonderfully comfortable to sit on and very manageable in traffic. And the sultry curves of its truly beautiful styling make this motorcycle look as good as it deserves to.
