This is a medium sized Harley Davidson sissybar soft luggage bag. Two side compartments and one center main compartment. Has carry handle for when removed from bike. Has PVC liner to prevent water intrusion and keeps it rigid when empty. 22 inches wide / 10 inches deep / 13 inches high Attaches to sissybar and should rest on luggage rack.
