I have a 1989 yz490 motor came off running bike after it crashed and bent the forks. Hard to find these big 2 stroke motors and this ones in great shape. From pics you see a piece of cooling fin broke off. Also shift shaft will need to be replaced as its been grooved for a different shifter and the kickstart is from a yz250. Otherwise everything ran great. This motor is no joke, when the powerband kicks in you better hold on! Also have other parts from a yz490 if your interested. Fastest way to contact me is by text.
