2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Nomad FI (Troy) $4500

For sale is a 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Nomad FI (Fuel Injection). Vintage Red / Metallic Canyon Silver. Always garage kept.I'm selling this for my father who has a worsening knee and no longer feels capable of handling this size of bike; thus, he is looking to downsize.History:My father purchased this bike from the original owner back in March of 2003. The older gentleman took meticulous care of this bike under his ownership which my father continued on. This bike was originally purchased with 7,850 miles and now has 26,400.There are many accessories on this bike that did not come stock. These are as follows (starting from the front of the bike to the rear):- Front fender chrome accent bar - Chrome radiator shroud - Light bar with two additional driving lamps (with toggle switch for on/off function) - Chrome speedometer bezel shroud - Highway pegs (mounted to engine guards) - Chrome side covers - Chrome upper hard saddle bag protective runners - Chrome lower hard saddle bag bar runners - Driver back support - Passenger back support - Chrome rear luggage rack - Hook up for battery tenderBNC wiring already ran for CB radio antenna and communications.Further information on this bike/model please read: http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/photos/2001models/2001models-Kawasaki-Vulcan1500NomadFi.htmEngine oil has regularly been changed with Castrol Syntec blend (20w-50). Tires are ~2 years old but only have roughly 250 miles on them (reference pictures which still show the "nubbies" normally found on new tires). With the sale of this bike, two Zeus modular helmets will be included which match the color of the bike (red). Both are size XL. Also included is a full motorcycle cover. The "bad":- Small blemish in paint on front fender (reference picture) - 1" scratch on right saddle bag top (happened prior to installation of upper saddle bag protective runners) - Stress cracks in the windshield (reference pictures). Corrective action would be to simply drill small holes at end of each stress crack to eliminate stress point. Although not ideal, this would serve as a simple/cheap fix. - Original battery - My father has kept the bike on a battery tender when no ridden. The bike shows no sign of poor battery quality but is an item to be considered.Asking $4,500 or best offer. The bike is located in Troy Ohio. I don't mind riding the bike up and down the street to show performance and functionality but test rides available with cash in hand. Title is clear and ready for transfer! Please either contact me using the Craigslist email service or call/text the phone number provided (ask for Cameron). I am able to show the bike M-F 5pm to 9pm. Weekends are mostly open depending on family functions. Thanks!Cameron
