Greek Tourism Minister in Berlin to discuss extension of season with airlines and tour operators

Greek Tourism Minister Vassilis Kikilias is meeting with top airlines official and large tour operators in Berlin as of Monday, on the extension of the tourism season into winter and the preparation for next year's season, ANA reports. On Monday, he met separately with chiefs of Lufthansa, Eurowings, and Condor. Lufthansa Group (Swiss, Lufthansa, Austrian, and Brussels Airlines) carried out over 14,000 flights to Greece over the summer of 2022. Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings plans to raise the number of flights to the country during the winter and summer of 2023. With DER Touristik the Greek minister discussed options for attracting more pensioners.
