Όταν μπαίναμε να κάνουμε τη σειρά δεν ξέραμε ότι γράφουμε ιστορία. Μηχανευόμασταν με την Άβα διάφορες εκδοχές μας για να μπορέσουμε να υπάρχουμε στους Δύο Ξένους. Τα χαστούκια που έφαγα από την Άβα ήταν πιο αληθινά και από τα αληθινά», είπε αρχικά ο Φώτης Σπύρος. Ο Φώτης Σπύρος πρόσθεσε επίσης: «Η Άβα προσπαθούσε να μη με πονέσει. Την παρακαλούσα να με χαστουκίσει μια φορά κανονικά για να τελειώνουμε. Έχω πληγωθεί στη δουλειά, αλλά το διαχειρίστηκα. Έβγαλα πάρα πολλά χρήματα από την τηλεόραση, περισσότερα και από τους πρωταγωνιστές».
