At the eve of the forthcoming Healthy Workplaces Campaign Lighten the Load 2020 – 2022 a training in North Macedonia raised awareness of the prevention and management of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).The event was organized jointly by three associations of professionals in the field of safety at work and occupational medicine: “TUTELA”, “28 April” and the Macedonian Association on Occupational Medicine. Amongst the topics discussed were ergonomics, association between chronic lumbar syndrome and osteoporosis correlated with gender and vitamin D levels in office workers, and more. EU-OSHA’s FOP, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy took the opportunity to present the upcoming Healthy Workplaces Campaign.
