Greek firm concludes first phase of construction works in Agia Napa Marina

ATHENS - TERNA S.A., a 100 pct subsidiary of GEK TERNA Group, on Tuesday announced the successful completion and delivery of all construction works in the first phase of the luxury development of “Ayia Napa Marina” in Cyprus, ANA reports.  The first phase of the project, which was recently completed, includes all marine and infrastructure works, building facilities, internal roadworks, and MEP installations.  More specifically, the marina with a 600-berth capacity, has depths from 4.0 up to 6.5 meters and can accommodate yachts up to 65 meters in length, while a four-level dry stack storage facility is available for boats up to 10 meters long. The unique aspect of the marina is the fingerstyle berthing for yachts of 30 meters or less while floating docks guarantee comfortable access in all conditions. It is reminded that the ongoing second phase, which has also been awarded to TERNA, includes the construction of two towers (high rise), a complex of villas, and commercial buildings.  RELATED TOPICS: Greece, Greek tourism news, Tourism in Greece, Greek islands, Hotels in Greece, Travel to Greece, Greek destinations, Greek travel market, Greek tourism statistics, Greek tourism report Photo Source: Wikimedia Commons License: CC-BY-SA Copyright: Manfred E.
