Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) represent a substantial economic burden to society and are one of the major causes of health-related productivity loss in Europe.Now, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many teleworkers are exposed to one of the main risk factors for lower limb MSDs: prolonged sitting and standing.
