Northern Greek city of Thessaloniki in search of its very own Santa Claus

More than 70 people, both men, and women have applied via the internet for the Thessaloniki municipality's campaign to find the city's Santa, according to ANA. Besides their curriculum vitae, the citizens of Thessaloniki who have applied for the job have also sent their photos and gone through interviews so that the casting directors can determine if they are are a good fit for the role, assess how much they love Christmas and whether they meet the requirements of the role of Santa Claus.
