Independent Rear end rear wheel drive like a jaguar. These are a unique car that have a cult following, The Lincoln LS uses the same frame and running gear as the Jaguar S Type and Ford Thunderbird. Has an Auto Stick his/hers shifter. Paint is white Pearl. Real dual exhaust. Lots of new parts over the years. All maintenance has been completed as needed, nothing has been deferred except a heater core solenoid that needs installed. I have the part, just never put it in, part goes with car. (need to change this valve before using heater in winter)Most recently the car has received a new fuel pump, new starter, new batter, AC charge, new ball joints and new steering rack over the past 2 years. New interior door handle on passenger side, Fresh oil change this month, and it also passes inspection and emissions and is current in registration. Car had the necessary 100,000 mile over head cam belt replacement and coil pack replacement service 7 years ago. Doesn't need that again until 200kThe "Bad"- Rear Passenger window sticks, you have to nudge it to get it to go the rest of the way down after the regulator is down. It needs a clip that holds the glass firmly in the window regulator, cheap part, just never felt like taking the door apart. I'll show you in person how easy this is to deal with, as you can lower the windows of this car with the key fob remote, so you can "help" that window down before you even get in the car. There is some corrosion bubbling under the paint on the trunk lid around the chrome bezel on the trunk, see last three photos. -Cloth on the rear drivers pillar to the rear window is starting to come off, see photo. -Tires are old, you should put new tires on this thing unless you're staying in town with it. -FYI: If you run a car fax on it, Someone stole this car in the past, the drivers door handle where it meets the door skin has been bent where they popped the lock, see photo. They got in a high speed chase and rolled it when it was brand new. insurance paid to totally rebuild it.Okay, thats enough of the bad.
